Meet Hawaii's next generation of chefs with an up-close-and-personal dining experience at the new Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head. You’ll get to dine inside the classroom kitchens while meeting and watching students and their dedicated mentors cook up delicious food for you.
Staff from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head will share how they prepare students for a variety of careers in the culinary industry and the future plans for expanding the facility including an on-campus restaurant.
